How much does a ride cost — do you use surge pricing?
Fares are transparent and shown upfront before you book, with flat rates on airport runs. We never use surge pricing, so your price won’t spike during rush hour, storms or events.

Can I book a ride in advance?

Cancel free before a driver accepts. After acceptance you have a few minutes free; after that a small fee may apply. If a driver no-shows on you, you are never charged.
